The Challenge
Our goal is to enhance the customer experience on the website. Currently, users find it difficult to add or remove products, and some items requiring consultation lengthen the checkout process. Additionally, client wanted to expand the product range to include also wellness, body, and hair products. To cater to a broader audience and improve overall satisfaction.
The Solution
We began by designing a user-friendly website to enhance the interface, making it easier to add and remove products. Additionally, in collaboration with the Scintillia team, we implemented a streamlined checkout process to reduce time, especially for products requiring consultation.
